What it takes to become 1st Source Elite

Operational Excellence

We must achieve a satisfactory completion of PI review every three (3) years by a third party. We must also have a safety program in place and documented in our Business Plan.

Financial Strength

We must provide Chevron with the right security to maintain the necessary line of credit to run our business.

Capable Management

We must participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, includeing sharing sales pipelines and marketing plans. Our leadership team participates in these QBRs, and we share the top 25 opportunities in our sales pipeline with Chevron.

Value-Added Marketing

We hold a current membership to Chevron's Lubricants University, a training site dedicated to educating our staff about Chevron Lubricants. Our sales team must complete a satisfactory level of training and education through the Lubricants University. Our non-sales staff must also complete a satisfactory level of training in the Lubricants University.

We also actively participate in all Chevron marketing programs and promotions.

Passion to Win

We survey Direct Chevron MSA customers and share the results with our FS marketers. If our results are less than satisfactory, we document an action plan in our QBR.
